The location of the hotel in a local area was great and convenient. There were local and public markets nearby. I enjoyed dining at Mercato, which is located close to the hotel.

The location was superb, with quick access to the Maglev station where we experienced the world's fastest train and the bed was incredibly cozy, plus it was conveniently near the heart of the city and the airport.

The hotel was lovely and great looking, as you can expect from Shanghai. The room itself was huge and modern with free breakfast. The staff were smart and check-in was friendly. They had appetisers and desserts available in the lounge bar.

Very good service, the breakfast is large and delicious. We usually stay here for a trip and the room is always nicely equipped and spotless.

I loved how close this place was to The Bund Waterfront Promenade. It was just a quick walk away from some great restaurants and cafés, making it super easy to grab a bite to eat whenever I wanted. Plus, the hotel had a top-notch restaurant where I could enjoy a delicious breakfast every morning.

Great location. Very central with Metro line 10 in front of the door. The staff at the reception and in the lobby was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great. Even my boys ate the soup, and they're real fussy. We had two rooms with connecting doors. One with king size and the other with twin beds. They were both so big, you could really think about using the twin bed next time.

The staff here is knowledgeable, breakfast is plentiful, everything is well taken care of, the room is nicely designed and tidy, and the city views from the window are a nice touch.
